Orders are shipped from either our UK or Australian warehouse, depending on your location and stock availability.

- Free shipping on orders £150 and over
European Union & International:
- Delivered via DHL Economy or express courier

- For residential addresses, parcels may require a signature unless you’ve authorised a safe drop (left at your risk)

What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?
If an item in your order is unavailable, the full order will be placed on hold until restocked, or we’ll issue a full refund at no extra cost. This will be reflected in your confirmation email.
